Order Search
Page Description
Use the Order Search page to select an order ID from the
list of items that matched your search.
Note that the data displayed on this page depends on the column view settings for your facility. Copia uses the column view settings to control what columns appear in the tables on this page and the order in which it sorts the displayed information. You may set column view rules at the location or the system default levels. The rules for the signed in location, if available, supersede the system default column view rules.

Accessing this Page
- Click the Search button next to the Order ID field on the Change Log, Result Delivery administration report, or Reassign Order administration pages.
- Enter one or more characters in the Order ID field and click the Search button in the Viewing <Document Type> Template or Viewing Form Letter Template sections of the Layout Templates administration page.
- Click the Search button next to the Order field on the Label Printing administration page.

Selecting Order IDs
- If your search generates one or more matches, the matching order IDs with patient names, ordered order choices, sample IDs, order dates, and order statuses are displayed when the page appears.
- If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of order IDs, to navigate through the list. If there are more page links than can fit on the page at once, Copia displays the Page field. Enter a number in this field and press the Enter key on the keyboard to immediately open the selected page.
- If no search results are found or if the desired order is not found, click Cancel to return to the preceding page and search again.
- Select the desired order ID to return to the preceding page with the order added to the page.
